I have a 4 different prices (INR, USD, AUD, EUR) IN 4 different fields. All 4 prices have different values. All those 4 calculated by no.of products.
I need all 4 prices should be in one field. Can any one guide me as i dont know what to do.

Please find the attached excel sheet.
I need a "single price fields" rather than 4 different price fields of D,E,F,G.
But, all the prices has different values.
Eg: When you click D:2(row and column) the formula is =(B2*C2).
If you click E:2 the formula is =(B2/28.5*C2)
If you click F2 the formula is =(B2/32.6*C2)
If you click G2 the formula is =(B2/40.83*C2.
So, i need all should be under single price.

I think it should work out via Vlook up. But, i don't know what to do and how. I searched many tutorials and videos But, cant get clear picture.
Still not sure if this is what you want. BUT... If it is, I think you should set up a separate table with the exchange rates and refer to it. They will change regularly.

Could you modify the original excel sheet (field name "THB") which i have attached with this message?. - the drop down text (THB,AUD,USD EUR) is too small + i tried but can't bring the result. Can you do it please?

It is small because on your own sheet you have made the default text size very big (20 point). The DD box will have a smaller default size, that you cannot alter. The solution (as in my two attached versions) was to reduce the text size on the sheet to 10 point and then zoom in to make it a comfortable size to read.
I have absolutely no idea what you have done to the formulas in this sheet. They seem a bit messed up. Are you sure that what you have got is what you want??
