Index Match with multiple criteria and selecting data from a large table

I am looking for the value in cell B10 to return an "OK" or "N/A" value after looking it up based on the two data points entered in B8 and B9 and matching it to the table beginning in J7. I've attached an example of what I am stuck on getting it to work on....please help. Example.xlsx

Put this formula into B10 : =INDEX(J7:AG39,MATCH(B9,J7:J39,0),MATCH(B8,J7:AG7,0))
