How to get academic year?

Hi friends,
I have a today date formula in a3 to show current date.
I want a academic year in column ‘AE’. I have inserted a formula in it which is working fine but I have a problem of it from January to May. The academic year is from ‘June to May’ Now it’s changing from January which I want to start from June. I don’t want to change the date and time setting of my pc.

Ex. If the current date in A3 is 01/01/2015 then the academic year should be 2014-2015 and not 2015-2016 as it’s showing presently.

Please suggest me a suggestion by formula or vba to achieve the target.
Any help will be appreciated.
