Search a range Last Names for age & return the value to a List of FULL NAMES

Can not do an exact look up since one list has full names and 2nd list has just last names. Looking for a formula that finds the ages of students from a list of last names & ages (Column A & B) & returns the age value to a separate student list that has their full names & missing ages (Column D & E).

Example:

• D2 says Bob Evans. I want Cell E2 to Search through Column A and find a matching last name to what is in D2 (Evans that's in A8), then return to E2 the age value that is in Column B (the result should be 11 that is in B8).
  
• The names and ages in Column A,B & C change often but the names are always unique.
  
• If the is no match I want to return a value of 0 (There is no Smith in list of Last names in Column A so E6 should return value of zero (0).
