Count 0001

hi I have this table,

EL3 EL4 EL5 EL6
A31 1-Jan 1 AL1S0001
A06 12-Feb 2 AL2C0002
A35 14-May 30 AL5C0003
---------------------------------------
A34 12-Jul 135 AL7C0015
A31 10-Aug 50 AL8S0122

For the EL6 Column, can exist a formula that calculates as show in the table above.

the EL6 is consist in "AL,MONTH (from EL4), "S" if A31, C if anything else, and 0000 (4 characters always) that counts 0000,0001,0002....0112 as in the table above.

i figure out this formula "=CONCATENATE("AL",MONTH(EL4),IF(EL3="A31","S","C")), but cant find a way to count in this format (0000,0001,0002....0112)

can some one please help

This formula almost solved my problem,

only that you need me to count for "S" and "C" to be independent and to start over again for every month (EL4) .
