here is what I am trying to do:

I have vales in H4:T900

get the minimum value in column L, but only looking at the rows in column L where both Column J equals "Cat" and column K equals "Dog"

The answer below would be 17.99

J	K	L
Cat	Dog	32.99
Cat	Pig	11.99
Cat	Dog	17.99
Cat	Cat	1.99
Dog	Cat	1.28
