Counting Duplicate Text With 2 Criteria

hi guys...

i need your help to count duplicate value or text in each row with 2 criteria :
1) exactly the same and;
2) only for last 2 characters same..

please, see my workbook attached..

any help me, will be appreciated..

Isn't the text just the same, there is just one criteria?
I used helper columns to count the duplicates.

My thought so: no need to check are they same.

Here is within one cell:

Enter in M2 and confirm with ctrl+shift+enter (not just enter)
