I am trying to fill data from one column to another in sequence based on the presence of an identifier in another column.
Column A to be filled
Data is in Column C
Identifier is the number 1 in column B
C1.xlsx

images are pretty useless ,you cant work from an image
Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.
Remember to desensitize the data.

Sorry will the above work.. I realize this is most likely a simple function but I simply have very little excel experience. YOUR HELP IS APPRECIATED..
still not sure which cells are prefilled and which cells require a formula and i cant understand how the second table relates to the first
Column A to be filled (needs a formula)
Data is in Column C (prefilled)
Identifier is the number 1 in column B (prefilled)
I need a formula for column (A) The prefilled numbers that are in column (C) to column (A) in sequence based on the number 1 being present in column (B)
The second table displays exactly how it should look when formulated properly.
Here is a simple explanation: I need to fill column A with the data in column C but only in the rows that column B has the number 1 present.
