I am trying to figure out which formulas to use in order to get value1 and value2 from the table on top. Also, a formulas to print the range of numbers between value1 and value2 in the result cells.
for value1 and value2 I tried vlookup and index but I am getting error #ref and #value. Regarding result cell, I couldn't manage to find anything that can print the result.

So. I understand the first part of your question and i have an answer. What i don't fully understand is what you want in the RESULT box.
this formula will ONLY work if the values in the 2D matrix are UNIQUE. if they are not, please let me know and I will go away again and see what I can come up with...

the result is the range of numbers between value1 and value2. In the example above, value1=1007 and value2=1010 so the result must show the range result= 1007, 1008, 1009, 1010.
if for example value1 = 1007 and value 2=1007, the result = 1007 (only). if value1=1007 and value2 =1008, the result = 1007,1008. It is only showing the range of the numbers of v1 and v2. It will be only printing the numbers as a reference of which to use.
