Help required in conditional formatting

Hi Guys,

I need your help very badly.

Please check the attached file. There are only two columns. One is "Service Name" and another one is "name of the assigned person". Now the assigned person can be one or can be two guys together.

Beside this list you will see a grey colored box where I made a list on the three persons. I want to select the names from the drop down list and want the list to highlighted in colors.

Like if I select "Avik" from the dropdown list then the services which is handled by "Avik" should highlight in different color and which is handled by "Avik and Kartik" both guys should also highlight.

Can anyone please assist me??

Hello,

select the cells from C2 to C24. Click Conditional Formatting > New rule > Use a formula to determine... Enter this formula

=ISNUMBER(SEARCH($F$3,C2))

Select a format and click OK. If the name in cell F3 is found in any of the cells, the conditional format will be applied.
