Formula to find the last cell value in a column range that contains blank cells

I have a range of cells in a column (C4:C34) that contain some numbers and some blank cells. I have tried a few formulas, but none will return what I am looking for....the last populated cell value in the range.

I am enclosing an example worksheet of what I am hoping to find. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
