I have two workbooks that link together that we use for financial projections for a healthcare company. One workbook is the schedule and is changed on a daily/weekly basis, based on client therapy schedules and has worksheets for each week of the month. The monthly projection workbook has absolute references to the specific row and column in the schedule workbook so that on each client's worksheet, it links to the appropriate row and column for that client. The problem we have is that when we want to add a sheet for a new client as well as add the row to the schedule, sometimes it will shift the absolute reference in the projections workbook/client tab (see Column C --Sessions per week by Modality for any client on Monthly Projections Workbook) to the appropriate row, column, etc if I have both open at the same time, and other times I will have to use find/replace. I was hoping to create a macro for employees to use every time they want to add a new client, but it seems to be inconsistently updating the absolute references so I can't rely on it always being the same. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong or how to fix this? Thank you in advance!January_Client_Schedule.xlsxJanuary 2015 Monthly Projections (WITH MACRO).xlsm
