Change cell value to zero if greater than or equal to one in a range

Title says it all. I'm pretty sure this Is very simple, just don't know how to do conditional formatting very well.

    Thanks,

    Hi,

I'm not so sure it does.

What does 'equal to one in range' mean in this context? Better still offer an example.

You also mention conditional formatting. Formatting can't change anything. All any formatting can do is present what's in the cell in a different way, e.g. a different colour, date format etc.

If you want the value in a cell to change the you'll need a macro and nothing to do with formatting.

Thanks Richard. I guess you answered my question and it can't be done through formatting. I have a range of cells that I would like to show as 0 if the value is greater or equal to 1.

I guess I could just highlight them in red or something but it would read nicer if it just showed a 0.

You could use a formula in a 2nd table...

    =IF(A2="TestValue",0,A2)
    1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
