I may not be the most well versed in elegant ways to find, order and show duplicate values but the attached solution does work as I believe you intend.
My data is on page 2. I used a table to check if a value was a duplicate. Then I created a table to show what numerical rank that value has in ascending order. Finally, I used the index function to pull the first ranked value then the second and so on for the table with the border around it.

It will help me to understand how those formulas works who know in a future task of mine.
