Question Automatic date changes in a time sheet.

I have 10 employees, each with their own excel sheet with their name. Going through each to change the dates at the top where it says "Pay Period x/x/xxxx through x/x/xxxx" is a pain. Our pay period is 14 days. It would sure save me a lot of time if I could just change a single number on that line, and it would change the rest. Is there a way I can change the first date next to the "Pay Period" line, and it will auto change every thing else correctly? Thanks

It basically looks like this but with a second week under the first:

    $Name$ Pay period: 1/3/2015 through 1/16/15

Saturday Sunday Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday
    1/3/15 1/4/15 1/5/15 1/6/15 1/7/15 1/8/15 1/9/15

Assume your first date is in A1 and input as 1/1/2015
    In B1 type = A1+1, then in C1 type =B1+1 etc.

When you change A1, all other cells will change.

Not sure I understand your issue.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Re: Automatic date changes in a time sheet.

Here is what I'm working with. I would like to simply edit the first part of the date at the top that says "Time Period: 12/20/14 - 1/2/15" so that all the rest of the dates automatically switch to the right dates, including the 1/2/15 at the top right after it.
