Vlookup or Index Match multiple criteria with Concatenate

I am having trouble trying to lookup multiple values (ie FirstName, LastName) from "Database Casual" worksheet and concatenating in Cell B4 on "Booking Receipt" worksheet, also I need to concatenate (Suburb, State, Postcode) to cell B6 on "Booking Receipt" worksheet.

The lookup is based on data entry into cell H3 (booking no) on "Booking Receipt" worksheet.

It will possible for one or booking numbers to have the same "FirstName, Lastname" and "address" details for future visits.

Not sure if "Vlookup and Concatenate" or "Index Match and Concatenate" or VBA needs to be used.

    Any help greatly appreciated.

    Cheers Michael

Well, cell B4 on the first page could just use two equations joined together with a &" "& in the middle to join the strings as shown below.

This same method could be used for your Cell B6 except there would be three VLOOKUPS. Let me know if that works for you
