    LOOKUP w/ multiple factors

Greetings from Denver! Please see attached data set to go along with the below inquiry.

I am looking for a formula (I am assuming LOOKUP,VLOOKUP or INDEX) that looks up the Total No. of Rooms for a date. For instance - on 12/29, I want cell D6 data pulled?

    Can anyone shed some light?

    Re: LOOKUP w/ multiple factors

You don't specify where the date would be entered, or where the formula needs to be. If I want the data for 12/29, where do I enter that date to get info?

Let's just say it would go on a separate tab and would have a list of all the dates however would just give No of Rooms for each date
