Dynamic XIRR formula?

Hey guys,

Please help me solve this XIRR problem.

in the attached example, I am trying to find the XIRR of the following loans. However, I think as some loans have 5 cash flows, and some have 4, I can't easily just select 5 columns and drag it down. I am wondering if there is a way to make the formulas dynamic for the dates to match the cash flows so the XIRR can work correctly?
