Conditional Formatting using 3 colour scale from set cell

    Hi

I'm trying to do a 3 colour scale for the weekly results (file attached) from the "baseline" results.

    For Example

    3% - 10% < baseline (Red)
    2% < to 2% > baseline (Yellow)
    3% - 10% > baseline (Green)

I'm also trying to incorporate a Z-Score for the results to show the smallest worthwhile change, as i know over the course of the year that the results will not always improve.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

    Regards
