select distinct value from multiple sheets where a condition is true

Hi,

I wondered if someone could help me with a formula for a 'summary' sheet please? I have a workbook with multiple sheets for each month, within each sheet a postcode will hit a true or false value. In the summary sheet I want to distinctly list the postcodes that have had a true value at least once in the year. The data looks like this

Sheet 1 (January)
Postcode Condition
XX77 4BX True
XX77 4BX True
XX77 4BX True
XX77 5BX False
XX77 6BX True
XX77 9BX False

Sheet 2 (February)
Postcode Condition
XX77 4BX True
XX77 5BX True
XX77 6BX False
XX77 7BX True
XX77 7BX False
XX77 8BX True
XX77 8BX True
XX77 8BX True

Sheet 3 (March)...
Sheet 4 (April) ....
etc....

In a summary sheet I want to list the distinct postcodes where there has been a true value in one or more of the monthly sheets, e.g.
XX77 4BX
XX77 5BX
XX77 6BX
XX77 7BX
XX77 8BX
