Need help in combining IF into OffSET

    hi everyone,

please have a look at the workbook i attached with this post.

okay.. i am trying to make price list data workbook.. this data workbook will consist of companies that i have separated into individual worksheets.

    1) here is the situation.. i have created the Full List Sheets that containing the whole data.
    2) In the company worksheets, i used OFFSET to the cells so that it will copy the data as the same in full list sheet.
    2) but however for the Price Column in company sheets have a bit problem there.. each company has a different price to some the item. therefore i used IF() to determined in using the price in the column H onward.
    3) but whenever i try to add a new row in the price list sheet, each company worksheet wont add the row and the price stuck there..

i need someone to help me combine the OFFSET() and the IF().

    thank you in advance.. :-)

Could you use this instead? I'm not sure if this answers your question, but I took a shot in case. Enter into C6 on AMOS sheet:

    hi there mcmahobt,

thank you for your respond.. but the solution does not exactly answered my problems.
the equation you given does able me to add rows in the FULL LIST and appear in the AMOS sheet, but however when i add some info in cells it does not appear in the AMOS sheet.

** i would like to manage only the FULL LIST Sheet in the future, but it would affect and changes all the other sheets in the work book.
** From the column of NO, IMPA, ITEM, DESCRIPTION and UNIT i manage to use OFFSET for the data syncro. but however in the PRICE column i need to make it choose the price from the FULL LIST according to its company name.

I made a sample sheet for AMOS price list.

Copy (duplicate, not copy/paste: right click on sheet name, choose Move or Copy/Creat a Copy) to new sheet, name it ANCHOR MARINE (must be exact to column title in sheet Full List), and the same for Arrow Marine,...
