percentage formula

I need to create a formula that will work out the % of people who scored a certain mark out of the whole class.

I have attached a spreadsheet to help understand what i need.

i would be grateful for any assistance anyone can provide.

maybe this, formatted as %...
=COUNTIF(B2:B8,">=10")/COUNT(B2:B8)

Sorry for the addition, but i have realised that i have forgotten a really important part.

I need to have the percentage as a part of a group. I need to see the % of people who got more than 10 who have a '1' in the FSM column.

Can i add to this formula to achieve it.

Not sure how you adjusyed it, maybe like this...
=COUNTIFS($B$2:$B$8,">=10",$C$2:$C$8,1)/COUNT($B$2:$B$8)
