Cubeset Function with 2 criteria

I'm trying to write a cubeset function that returns a ranked group. I can succesfully complete the functions if I leave out a criteria, but I need to have it filter based on the criteria to be useful. So this works fine, brings back all 'GenRptUnit's' & then i can use cuberankedmember to get the value i'm after:

However, I need to filter the 'GenRptUnits' to only bring back 'Wind', when i try to filter, i get #N/A, can't figure out how to do it, this doesn't work:
