Hyper link formula

I have a list of cell values,
A20
A100
A600

I would like to reference those in the hyperlink formula and jump to these locations.
If the above three values change then the hyperlink would jump to the new cell location.

Having troubles getting this to work.
Any ideas would be great.

Did you add http:// to the links that you have in cells?

I checked this should work:
Let's assume you have a link "http://bbc.com" in a cell "A2". In a cell "A3" you write this formula: =HYPERLINK(A2;"my_web"). If you change a value in "A2" automatically you will get a new link in "A3".

I'm not trying for a ULR link, just a link to a different spot in the same sheet

I got it to work but it's a bit ugly.
