Help writing formula for VLookup Function

Please see 2nd post that has a spreadsheet attached.

Two tabs in the workbook.

First tab trying to look up and enter information in column C from 2nd tab column A.
If column A on Funding Org tab = any entries on Org Code tab in column C or D enter data from column A of Org Code tab into column C on Funding Org tab.

The website won't let me upload the work book, so I am going to try a copy and paste.

I think Vlookup, but I can't seem to figure it out. Thank you.
