I have been using index-match function but realized that it is 2-dimensional comparison which will returns a value when it fulfill the checking. If I have 3 criterias - what would be the best macro-less function?

I have been using index-match function but realized that it is 2-dimensional comparison which will returns a value when it fulfill the checking. If I have 3 criterias - what would be the best macro-less function?
Please mentioned which three columns you want to compare and also give the manual answer number and remove the unwanted columns, its confusing.

Just want to clarify, the "*" in the formula denotes "and" - am i right? I.e. :
Sumproduct((data1=cell1)*(data2=cell2) ...
Sumproduct((compare data in table 1 with data in cell 1) "and" (compare data in table 2 with data in cell 2) ...
