Return string of values when two conditions are met.

Hey all,

I am trying to simplify this process but don't know how. Each week we play a disc golf league, and manually enter in the scores for each of the players. Then we keep individual player stats, and have to enter all those score in manually again. I would like to setup a lookup that will look for the date and players name, and then return their scores to that players sheet.

I am working on a Mac and don't have Microsoft Office for Mac, so I am utilizing Google Docs.

I'm sorry, I should try to explain this better. So the "Scores" sheet is where I will have to go through and manually enter in everyone's score from their scorecards after league. Then I have only included two "player" sheets. But I would like those sheets to reference the "Scores" sheet and fill in the scores automatically based on the players name, and the correct date. So in the sheet titled "Paden" the scores were entered manually in that sheet AND the Scores sheet. I want to make it so that I only need to enter the scores manually once.

My dilemma is that not every player will come every week, and that those who are coming a lookup formula will find the players name multiple times. So I need a way for it to return the string of scores for a specific name, and equal to the date.

Does that make any sense or is that even more confusing?

How about this: The Scores sheet is the resource place where all the scores will be entered Manually. Sheet Paden shows Paden's scores. I would like the Mook sheet to search through the Scores sheet, and return his scores from the appropriate dates. So the Mook sheet should look similar to the Paden sheet except using formulas instead of entering the values manually twice.

PS Don't worry about the color coding, etc. All I'm interested in is the values.
