Update list

Gurus,

I have a list (b6) that has values that are changed (D11:D13) based on the value of another list (B3). It works but I am hoping that when (B3) is changed, the value in (B6) updates at the same time to the first one in the list.

Example
B3 = USA
B6 = a

When I change
B3 = China

B6 remains "a" until I click on it and choose either FOB, Air or Sea.

I would like to see that when I change B3 to China, the Value in B6 changes to FOB automatically
