Formula for increasing the price of certain products

So I need to increase the price of the products containing the same 3 numbers, separated by a single number, and ending with another combination of 3 numbers by 30%. So basically, anything with xxx.y.zzz (for example, 0123.555.3.666) I have to increase its price. I could use the if function but there are too many possible combinations to cram into a single formula, so now I'm pretty lost. Do you guys know if there's like a symbol that represents a number like in windows search you could use "*" for a symbol or something like that?
btw it's in another country's currency, so it's not million dollars we're talking about

@Vikas_Gautam yea that didn't work, 1 question tho, does "?" stand for a certain number/word? 'cause if so, then wouldn't "???.?.???" be any combination of number (lie 123.4.567)?

i did not find any such combinations in your attach file, please modify your excel file with some more examples and also give your expected results for the same manually.
