Find largest value and column header

Hi all!
I'm not very good at excel stuff, so i need some hints.
I have a sheet with timestamps in column A and values in the rest. I need to find the highest value of for example column B (i'm using MAX(B:B) for that), but i also need to find the corresponding timestamp in column A.
Another issue is that i need to find the top x highest values of an entire sheet (using LARGE(B:BL;1) for example) and also find the column header (the address preferably) where those values are located.

Using Excel 2013.

Any suggestions and hints are welcome!

I'm not sure if this is an error or not, but the column B only contains values of zeros.

Not an error, some columns might contain only zeros. In the attached example i need to find the top x highest values + the header for that col + the timestamp.
On other cases i might only need to highest value for a certain col + the timestamp.

Would something like the attached workbook help? You can adjust the top values to show more or less by dragging up or down.

Thanks! Looks great. In this example i also need the column header of the top x values, tried to play around with the formula that gets the timestamp value but i only get a invalid cell reference error.
Any tips on that?
