Count with multi criteria

Hi Expert,

I want to get the count result in cell G2 G3 and G4.

I can use :
=SUM(INDEX(($A$2:$A$9=$F2)*($C$2:$C$9>0)/COUNTIFS($A$2:$A$9,$A$2:$A$9,$B$2:$B$9,$B$2:$B$9,$C$2:$C$9,">="&INDEX(($C$2:$C$9>0)*1,0)),0))
to get the above result

IF, I have one more criteria, Region

How should I revise my formula to get the new result? (shaded in Yellow)
