Help with room availability with several types of services with times

I need to work out the availability for each service in a particular room if its is assigned to that room given that the total occupants do not exceed the total capacity of the room. Please see attached. Help will be most appreciated. Cheers!

You're better off posting a spreadsheet.
Posting a picture means everyone trying to help you solve this has to retype your data to test their solution.
Post a spreadsheet, you'll get a quicker response.

Ensure you describe your problem clearly, I have little time available to solve these problems and do not appreciate numerous changes to them.

If you could add some samples with numbers, inputs and expected outputs, it will be easier to understand.

Re: Help with room availability with several types of services with times

    Thanks Jacc,

I'll try to explain it better.

Each room has one or multiple services assigned to it.
Each service has a fixed time.
Each person that goes to that room will belong to the service assigned to the room.
Each room has a total capacity.

The aim is to work out the availability of the room for a certain service.
Given the total capacity is not exceeded, the services can co exist (or people from several services can be present in that room at the same time).

If service 1 is allowed from 9 am to 5 pm.
Service 2 from 7 am to 10 am
Service 3 from 4 pm to 6 pm.

Room one is allowed Service 1,2 and 3 and the capacity is 10

Now there are 3 people from Service 1,
4 people from service 2 and
2 people from service 3 already present, the availability will be:

    Service 1 : 1
    Service 2 : 1
    Service 3 : 1

    Now there are
    3 people from Service 1,
3 people from service 2 and
2 people from service 3 already present, the availability will be:

    Service 1 : 3
    Service 2 : 3
    Service 3 : 3

    Now there are
    4 people from Service 1,
6 people from service 2 and
2 people from service 3 already present, the availability will be:

    Service 1 : 0
    Service 2 : 0
    Service 3 : 2

(this is because service 1 and 2 overlap 7 am to 9 am and there can only be 10 as per the capacity)

Please let me know if that is better. Thanks in advance m8!

It's even better if you put several sample data in your sheet and the expected results.
