Drop Down if condition is met

Hi guys, I've searched a ton before deciding to post.

If Cell A1 has a drop down list where I can choose Either "yes" or "no"

If "yes" is selected in that dropdown (A1), I want cell A2 to automatically populate the word "No", otherwise I want A2 to allow for a separate dropdown list (from a static list).

Does this make sense?

I already did. It is not what I'm looking for.
