    iferror formula for copying variables under certain conditions doesnt work

    Book2 (10).xlsx
    i would like to copy all numbers that are above "pick" and in a row with "w" so i have them writen down for analysis
    i tryed this formula =IFERROR(INDEX($G$4:$G$324;SMALL(IF(($C$4:$C$324="W")*($G$5:$G$325="PICK"),ROW($G$4:$G$324)-ROW($G$4)+1);ROWS($O$1:$O1)));"")
    but it returns an error.
    please help me with this problem
    i would like to copy numbers 2.25, 1,62 but not 3,9 and 2,1 and so on..
    if someone can solve this, plese explain what is wrong with this formula
