Return list of dates by month from a list in alphabetical order

Would somebody be able to offer some help here.

I have a list of names in column A sorted alphabetically by name (I can't sort the list another way) and in column B, birthdates for that person.

Right now I have duplicated the list of names on another sheet and sorted by Date and all works fine, but is it possible to use the alphabetically sorted list instead of having to create a seperate list and sorting by date?

Hopefully the example sheet helps. As you see on the Sorted (Date) sheet all works fine, but on the Sorted (Alphabetically) sheet the name and date which shows first for that particular month shows first.

as it is a test in person14, 1 comes first
