Count Quantity if adjacent column matches criteria

Hi All,

In Column "C" I have a list of Quantities

In Column "D" I have a list of Products

The Products in Column "D" may recur

I need a formula that will look for my product name (i.e Toast) in Column "D" and sum all the Quantities in Column "C" beside the said product.

This seems like it should be an easy one, but I just cant get my head around it today
