INDEX/MATCH Lookup based on Data from two additional sheets

In my attached workbook, I have 3 sheets that all work together. The Final Player Values Sheet pulls data from the Mixed Value 5X5 which pulls info from the Custom League Settings tab.

I need a formula that will look up a value based on a number. For example cell C2 of the Final Player Values Sheet should be $42 because the highest number of the 260Mixed5x5 is $42. 260Mixed5X5 is the sum of cell C33 on the Custom League Settings tab, so whatever is in that cell, I would want the final player values to look up the numbers listed in the matching column in the Mixed 5X5 Value Breakdown.

Updated workbook attached because I just realized the Players Drafted Column A of the Mixed 5X5 Value Breakdown need to be a single number like Column A on the Final Player Values tab so they match up.

Still looking for help on this thread if anyone has any ideas, thanks!
