how to get a cell name in a table

1___%____1____2____3____4____5

2___3____1,2__1,3___2,1__1,4__2,3

3___6____2,1__2,3 __3,1__1,3___1,5


suppose I have a table like above


If I have a reference cell that tells me that the value I need is 1,4, I know that its name is "4%3" because it is in E1 and in A2. The % parameter in A1 is because I need it between.


So, is it possible to get that name having a reference cell, lets say it is H1??

and
G1: a value to find... 1,4

This formula returns the combination of Row_1 and Col_A references
