Help require to insert a dynamic roll no.

Hi friends,
If I delete a title from column ‘C’ then I want to change the roll no. blank and transfer that same number to the next student as shown in the attached workbook.

If I delete a title from cell ‘c6’ then the output of roll no. should be as:
A4: 1
A5: 2
A6: “”
A7: 3
A8: 4
And so on …


Any help will be appreciated.

=IF(C4>0,SUM(MAX(A$3:A3),1),"")
