    VLOOKUP formula

    Hi,

I am trying to create a formula that will display text from another sheet if criteria of another cell is met.

For example in Sheet 2 I have a table that displays the number of points a person has scored:

    (example of table attached)

In sheet 1 I want to display this table but only for the people that have 50 points and above (i.e Bob, Timmy and Bart).

I believe it is a VLOOKUP that I will need and I know I will have to include the table columns, however I'm unsure how to include the IF formula

Any help would be much appreciated,

    Thanks

    Re: VLOOKUP formula

Here's a slightly different approach that uses a helper column on Sheet 2.
The helper column can be hidden for purposes of neatness.

You could even change the formula in the helper column to effectively rank the scores, meaning when they're fed into Sheet 1 the participants appear in a set order (ascending or descending) based on their score.
