Excel Data Selection

Hey guys i have'nt used excel in a while, and I'm struggling with how to create this formula or whatever i need.

For Example:

I have x15 rows of 10 cells that have circuit times in them on a data sheet. My main sheet i want to have a list so i can select one of the 15 runs to show on my main sheet. Sorry if its hard to understand.

I would appreciate any help

make a defined name of your row(names).

after that you can use a data-validation to select the defined name.

after that you can use a vlookup formula to show the data.

To attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include BEFORE/AFTER sheets if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

Here is the example on the main sheet i want to be able to select the run # and it picks the run in the data selection and inserts onto the main sheet.
