How to calculate this commision?

Hi all

Hope someone can help.

I need to calculate a salepersons commission in this senario.

target is £50000 per month
Commision is based on if he hits target

A; If he hits target it is 10% of projected profit
B: If not then it is reduced proportunatly i.e. if he hits 75% of target he gets 7.5% - 50% = 5% and so on.

I have all of the figures of sales per month, projected profit on those sales etc but what type of simple formula can I add in at the end of every month?

This is almost there but it gives the percent of the target (a and not the profit (c.

Senario 1

a: Target sales £50,000
b: Actual sales £50,000
c: Profit on sales £10,000
d: commission = 10% on c: above

Could you actualy advise on how I would structure this table?
