Remove conditional formatting based on value of different cell

I am looking for help with a due date tracking form. I currently have 2 columns that I would like to interact with one another. The first column (C2) is Due Dates. This column is currently set to highlight yellow when a due date is coming up in 2 weeks, and turn to red if it is past due. The next column (D2) is the Paperwork Completed Date. I would like to find a way to remove the formatting (highlighting yellow, or turning red) if the Completed Date (D2) is equal to or less than the Due Date(C2).
