Sumproduct help
Hi there,
I have put this formula into my spreadsheet and it is coming back as 0, Ive stared at it for ages and can't see my mistake, could someone advise?
=SUMPRODUCT((Sheet1!Q2:Q199 >=DATE(2014,4,1)),(Sheet1!Q2:Q199 <=DATE(2014,6,30)),(Sheet1!Z2:Z199=1))
I am trying to calculate the number of "1"s occuring between 2 dates.

Another option would be
=SUMPRODUCT(--(Sheet1!Q2:Q199>=DATE(2014,4,1)), --(Sheet1!Q2:Q199<=DATE(2014,6,30)), --(Sheet1!Z2:Z199=1))
Both results force Excel to see TRUE/FALSE results as 1/0 which then can be summed or multiplied.

substitute commas with semi-colons if your region settings requires
