Custom Autofill

Hello everyone

I have never written any code in excel as I have always been able to do what I need with what is provided.... until now and I have not clue if what I need can be done. Please advise:

I have a sheet (TEST) that contains a bunch of data that I need to use to populate another sheet. You can see a sample of this TEST-sheet in the attachments.

In the sheet that I want to fill with, you can see the 2 attachments provided. I have shown the formulas in them as apposed to the values to illustrate how I want the values to autofill and how they are actually auto filling. Essentially I want the first 7 lines to pull from line 1 of TEST and the second 7 to pull from line 2 or TEST...etc

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
