Auto Populate Data from Pivot Table

Hi I'm actually trying to populate a data from a pivot data whenever data refreshed. Just wondering either is it possible? Logically should bu using excel formula myself unsure. Looking forward if anyone could assist me on this.

> input raw data in "PASTE DATA HERE" sheet
> Refresh Pivot table in "Pivot" sheet.
> Data should be populated from pivot into table in "Work File" sheet, updating column "B","F" & "G" to "J".
> Table should populate by group and at times number of groups may increase or decrease.

Looking forward if could get some assistance. Attached is the sample file.

Thank you so much for your help but believe that you have reattached the same file i attached. I don't see difference from the you attached. Correct me if i'm not looking correctly.
