Please help

Hi All.

i need to effectively use a Hlookup function but NOT on the top row. i need the function to find a value and then return the value 13 rows beneath it. i will be changing the look up value weekly.

for example i want to look up "1 March 2015" which is call N9 and return the value in the cell N22.

any advice would be most appreciated

The title should be something like "Return value with lookup value not in top row" or something like that.
