Need Help With daily totals please.

Hi guys. please i need help of getting daily totals. I was trying to google for Formulas or pivet tables or Macro with no luck. Attached here with is a Bank cheque register. Column B consist of check numbers. Column C Consist of Date issued. Column D consist of Names. Column E Consist of the Amount. If possible Column (I) will consist of Dates with total DAILY amount . Thank you so much! Hope you can help me
