IF THEN If part of text is required but before & after can be different

Hi excel experts,

I am looking for something like if then where part of the cell can be different.

How do I create a formula that tells me that a cell (let's say A1) may contain "random" and then "A1B2C3" and then other "random" content.

example

A1:
addwwadwa A1B2C3 929uf2
A2:
afaw A1B2C3 awowdo
A3:
awpkdw awkkpp awkp
A4:
A1B2C3 awjodjoadw

So all rows except the third (which doesn't contain A1B2C3) should give the cell B1, B2, B4 "Yes", if not (B3) "No"
