Sheet and date Lookup

RE the attached file
I'm looking for an auto lookup from the Summary sheet to the individual named sheets.
Returning the date from E and F respectively.

I'd like this automatically, thinking it may use the -- and sheet name reference in column M of the Summary.

I used this formula in J2 of Summary page and fill down to K4.

OK, thanks. I had to change M9 reference to M2, but that works for me. Is it possible to add if cell is blank then return blank?

This will return blank if the cell is blank. In this form it will also return text if text is the cell contains text.
